RAFT is the emergent practice of Jos Myles Geczy and Ro Nussbaum. Broadly concerned with exhibition and furniture design, we are drawn to commissions that leave room for improvisation and foreground settings and objects that foster connection and intimacy between people. Our practice is a vehicle for friendship, sustenance and questing: hospitality is an essential activity underpinning all our pursuits. Our methods are hands-on, grounded in material experimentation and irreverence towards normative social hierarchies.
